"I'll help you out" vs "I'll clarify this for you." An engine that knows the difference.

"I'll help you out" vs "I'll clarify this for you." An engine that knows the difference.

I was working on my AI project. Data comes in and keeps coming. Emails, messages, meetings, conversations, client feedback, and many other things. The system analyzes it.

Now imagine the client is not happy. The system understands the changing patterns and automatically starts flagging them. But flagging was not my style. I wanted to do more. So I thought about it, went a little further, and added one more system on top of it.

"MY OWN ENGINE."

But let me tell you how I reached this idea (Sub-Module).

AI systems are everywhere now. Clients also use AI tools to write emails. We use AI while researching, writing replies, preparing documents, planning work, and many other things. A lot of our communication now comes through AI. And that is what I call human involvement. I love this. But we also need to save the trees. All right, back to my stuff.

Sometimes AI hallucinates. Those who saw my previous LinkedIn post already know what I think. AI does not always hallucinate. Sometimes it is just a kid trying to answer something it does not fully understand, and a lot of things. And yes, I am making jokes again. I know this is LinkedIn, but forget it. (Context: Please check my last LinkedIn post)

When AI hallucinates, or acts like that confused kid, it may use the wrong tone. Sometimes not even the full tone. Just a few words that feel arrogant, cold, too friendly, or emotionally wrong, a lack of knowledge, or forgetting a few points. You read the message and think, why does this feel bad? The full message may not be arrogant. No. Sometimes it is only one sentence. Sometimes only a few words. But those few words can change how the whole message feels.

And that is where this system comes in.

I did some comparisons. Not on a large scale though. I noticed a difference in the outputs I tested. But that does not mean a big percentage of the messages were arrogant or wrong. No. In many cases it was only a few words.

Now think about this. The same thought can be expressed with different feelings depending on your relationship with the client.

If I am happy with the client and really want to help: "I'll help you out."

If I am not happy with the client but still want to stay professional: "I'll clarify this for you."

Both are polite. Both mean I am going to help. But do they feel the same? No.

"I'll help you out" feels warm. It feels personal. It says, I really want to support you. "I'll clarify this for you" is still respectful and professional, but more neutral and task-focused. It says, I will give the required clarification.

Neither sentence is wrong. The feeling is different. One thought can be expressed with different emotions while still keeping professional decorum. At least that is what I think and my way. And every business owner, CEO, employee, individual, corporate guy, developer, and of course the aliens, they all know this and have their own way.

Most AI writing tools ask you to choose. Friendly. Professional. Formal. Confident. Direct. But it is your choice. What do you want? A tone? A feeling? Your own way of talking? Just give it to me.

Or maybe you do not even need to give it every time. The system is already analyzing your patterns. It knows your communication history. It knows how you normally talk. It knows how your relationship with this client changed over time. And one day it says: "I know how you want to communicate."

That is what "MY OWN ENGINE" should say to you.

But the fun part? This is just one module of the whole system.

The system feels the communication. Not like humans feel emotions, obviously. It understands patterns. After enough signals, flags, approvals, and history, AI builds a relationship graph. That graph and score keep updating themselves. But it should not react blindly.

Imagine you and a client worked happily for six months. Then suddenly, in three hours, two emails sound arrogant, like you two are now enemies (just example). Now the AI says: "Relationship status: Enemy." What happened? Three hours ago you were partners , That would be another kind of miracle.

But these things happen. People have bad days. Messages are written fast. Maybe another AI tool picked the wrong tone. Or maybe the relationship is really changing. The system needs to know the difference. That is why one email should not change the full relationship state. History matters. Recent messages matter. Long term patterns matter. Human feedback matters.

The system detects a change. It flags it. It understands the history. Then it suggests a relationship state. You can approve it. Change it. Or bypass it and force it. After you approve the flag, the system starts adapting future drafts on supported channels based on the relationship state and the style you selected.

You stay involved. Because AI should not decide your relationships for you. You should be able to automate how you want to behave. Why waste time selecting a tone again and again? I usually do not love that. I am even trying this on my WhatsApp chats.

The system analyzes. It flags. It suggests. You approve or bypass. Then it starts drafting replies in the tone you chose, or the tone it learned from your approved behavior.

The advanced version has manual settings and is more accurate. But obviously, deeper analysis costs more. More context. More API calls. More models. More tokens. More processing. So yes, some advanced controls may be part of premium plans. But that does not mean simple paid plans will not have this advanced intelligence system in the future. Still all plans in the system understand and always understand communication context. The difference is that not every analysis method, API, graph feature, or manual control will be in every plan.

Now, why am I sharing this here? Maybe someone will read this and make the idea even bigger. And I would love that. I built it, but now I need to make the architecture smarter. I know in a few months I can offer more controls across all plans. But right now, time is limited. Credits are limited. And server costs are honestly getting out of my hands Still working.

I have also been working on something I call "Friend AI". It is not random. It is going well, but it takes time because I had to learn a lot of new things. And I do not have unlimited time, credits, or servers. But Friend AI can come into this system one day.

Why? Because it understands emotions. Not like emotions shown in movies. It does not actually feel. It understands patterns connected to feelings, because I can feed it selected information, train it with specific sources, and improve it with feedback.

Think about this. Imagine a ten year old kid. The kid knows almost nothing. No business knowledge. No technical knowledge. No idea about industries. The kid does not know what most things are. But the kid understands feelings. Moods. Talking styles. English. Hindi. What else do you need to start understanding how someone wants to communicate?

Well, I will talk about this later. That is another LinkedIn article.

Obviously a smaller special model will cost much less. Third party AI will still be there. But if I can save even 10 to 20 percent of the cost, that matters. I just need more time. And probably more funds

There are already tools that help you write in different tones. I could have used them. But no. That would not make sense for what I am building. Because you are not going to use this system just to rewrite one email. You are going to use it to make your work, and one day your life, easier.

And this is only one module. The main system has its own vector based intelligence layer. That is how the system understands things like: when should the next meeting be scheduled, when should a new email go out, did this conversation have a deliverable, should this become a task, was an important decision made, does someone need a follow up.

Information can live in ten different places. Emails. Messages. Meetings. Documents. Tasks. Client history. But everything connects to one point. Done.

Where we have permission, the system can help respond. Where direct replies are not right, it can prepare drafts for approval. Human involvement stays part of the system. Because the goal is not "AI should communicate instead of you." The goal is "AI should understand how you communicate and help you stay yourself."

The current system uses four analysis methods. Three AI systems can work at different stages. The final reasoning model can also be changed based on the need. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or different models from each. But this is still only one module. There is much more connected behind it.

And there's more. But I just don't like writing too much, even when the final draft is written by AI. That's why I say, AI is your helping guy; AI is not you. Read books, Learn Daily, and Love AI..
